Comte De Cheurlin

In the 12th century, the Cistercian Abbey of Mores boosted vineyard growth, advancing winemaking techniques. Associated with the Abbey of Molesme until 1250, it gained renown with support from Counts of Champagne. Count Thibaut IV introduced Chardonnay, influencing Champagne's birth. Monks flourished, storing vast wine barrels by the 17th century. After the French Revolution, Pierre Dangin's family purchased the abbey's land. In the 18th century, "Saulte-Bouchon" sparkling wine emerged, marking Champagne's rise. Thomas Cheurlin revived Champagne Comte de Cheurlin in 2000, crafting exceptional blends. With a focus on tradition and modernity, the brand caters to discerning consumers worldwide, including prestigious venues and international diplomacy.
